Brefi is built by one person — me, Ashley. That means I can ship fast on what matters and ignore what doesn't. It also means I should be honest about the order. Here's everything in flight, ranked by how much it'll move the needle for paying customers.

  • Team invites

    One subscription, multiple logins. The agency director pays; their desk leads each get a Brefi login under the same plan.

  • Per-profile source toggles

    Disable TED or PCS for a profile that genuinely only cares about Contracts Finder. Less noise where you don't need it.

  • Bulk dismiss

    Tick several matches at once and dismiss them. For the days when 40 things hit the brief and you only care about 5.

    Post the morning brief to a Slack channel or Teams chat. The brief stops competing with inbox noise.

  • Auto-detect framework expiries

    Today the framework calendar is curated. Next: the worker reads award notices and extracts expiry dates automatically.

    Instant alert for grade A matches. Daily summary for B/C. Per-profile.

  • Real CPV picker

    Replace the search-by-code combobox with a categorised tree — browse the CPV hierarchy, click to add.

    Praxis, Bonfire, Mercell — surface tenders these portals carry but Find a Tender misses.

    Push matches into your CRM, your data warehouse, or your own bid-management system.

  • Bid response templates

    Reusable response sections per CPV vertical. Reduce time-to-submission.

  • Mobile app

    Read the brief on the train. Mark dismiss/bid status with a tap.
